Hetal Patel

MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Hetal is an accomplished medical assistant and recent graduate from the University of Illinois Chicago, where she earned a Psychology degree with honors and completed pre-medical training. Her passion for improving the well-being of students led her to work directly with university leadership on the Dean's advisory board, where she was instrumental in resolving organizational issues through effective collaboration.

With a wealth of experience as a research assistant at DePaul University in the Center for Personality, Social, and Community Research, Hetal has worked closely with graduate students on study planning, data management, and coding. Her expertise in presenting at national psychology conferences several times a year is a testament to her proficiency in social cognition and decision-making - two areas of psychology with important implications in healthcare.

In her free time, Hetal leads an active lifestyle and is an avid runner, currently training for her longest race yet — the Chicago marathon! She enjoys exploring new restaurants, museums, and art galleries while spending quality time with her family.
